Lesson 2 begins with a slightly more advanced breathing practice than lesson 1. It then continues with a specific rotation to release tension in the shoulders. We then progress to standing poses and balance poses which generate a sense of personal power and centeredness. The session concludes with deep relaxation and visualization of profound cleansing and purification.

Lesson 3 begins with opening the shoulders and hips. Then it has 6 standing postures, 2 chest expansions, and an abdominal lift. Next the Eagle posture for balance and the tape ends with eye movements for improving one's eyesight. It is slightly more advanced than the two previous tapes.
